On this episode of the Wolseley Lodge series we decided to have ourselves a nice fish dinner after a long day of fishing. Our guide James from French River Fishing Guides taught me how to fillet a walleye, as well as some great tips in tricks that you WON'T WANT TO MISS!!! It is said that walleye are the BEST fish to eat...so we had to put it to the test!! It was definitely not a disappointment!
