I agree with Toni, the Don Lee burgers do taste like black bean burgers; they are good, but I thought they were going to taste more like Beyond Burgers.

About the "Bisquick", I was rather interested👨🍳 and I looked at the ingredients, it's a kind of food not too healthy hehehe, the palm oil🌴🐒, ok you know... and I was intrigued by the DATEM this kind of name inspire not usually trust👽 and bingo🎉
"E472e, or DATEM (for mono- and diacetyltartaric esters of mono- and diglycerides), is an emulsifier of plant or animal origin. It is in the form of yellowish liquid, sticky or viscous, or yellow and hard wax.
It is considered safe for humans, but not unanimously (raw materials using transgenic soybean oil, potentially hydrogenated industrial oils giving trans fatty acids, ...)."

Hmm😞, I think I was misunderstood... "DATEM" is an emilcifient that can come from "animal" source, and I wanted to release the information, that's all. It's not a people bashing comment. It's ok to make small mistakes, the food industry has, really, corrupt lot of thing☹️, vegan or not.

Hi Michelle and Toni we don't have a Costco's where we live. we both are mushroom and Garlic lovers. As always enjoyed your video.
Costco has some items from china which unfortunately has soil that is quite polluted. Costco sells items from china like millet and brown rice ramen, soybean spaghetti, and dried shiitake mushrooms.
Our costco in Hawaii discountinued Don Lee burgers and breakfast sausages!!!!! I'm so incredibly bummed!!!!
Does anyone know the Superfoods Veggie Bowl is a seasonal item? I bought it like a year ago (it's AMAZING) and never saw it at my Costco again. Maybe it's back for Fall? :)

They're a good source of vit D. If it's just the texture you don't like I wonder if you would like mushroom soup. You can blend them up and not even know they're in your soup. I add a creamy milk to it like cashew milk. Something to try. :)

Wish we could get some of those items in our area! I picked up a HUGE bag of organic heirloom beans (black/navy beans and yellow/green peas) for a ridiculously cheap price. I cook huge batches on the wknd and use in tahini dips, cookies/brownies, gluten free breads and (of course) meals.
Costco business centers are open to all members and can buy in bulk like 10 lb to 50 lb whole wheat flour, 50 lb nixtamalized white corn flour (white corn masa), 25 lb brown rice, beans, peas, lentils, 5 gallon tahini (sesame paste). The costco business center also has website costcobusinessdelivery.
I actually like mushrooms they add amazing flavor to food and especially ramen !!!!

Costco sold a million veg burgers because Costco shoppers trust the items that Costco puts out. The real question is: How many people buy it a second time? I wasn't wowed by it either. Ended up tossing the remainder of the bag after trying 2.
My Costco no longer has the Don Lee Farms plant-based burgers and I wish they did bc those were so awesome. They still have the veggie bowls though
Funny story here..... I put some vegan snacks in an amazon shopping cart, and my mom ordered some stuff, but never took them out of the cart. So she saw a package with all the snacks, she got really confused 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
I disliked those veggie bowls and actually returned them.

With some of those vegan options at Costco, the sodium content can be through the roof so, I am cautious when purchasing.

Always so jealous of Costco!! Where I live we don't have one. I was just visiting my BFF is Monterey, CA and she brought me to hers...I felt like I'd died and gone to heaven, haha. So many great Vegan options!!
He he. I seem to always go to Costco the day before your Costco video goes out. Great video took notes. The t-fal Pan your showed is 5.5 qts and 5.5 inches high. The link above is to a 5 quart unit that is 3.5 inches high. It is a NY thing but Costco often carries DiBella Knishes even here in San Diego. Their Maple Syrup jugs are great and cheaper than Trader Joe’s. I will buy Bisquick and Maple Syrup next trip. They have GoGo variety squire packs which are puréed fruit. They are usually sold for babies but I carry a few to avoid vegan junk food when I am on the run.
Love Costco, but takes forever to shop there haha. Consider a video on vegan things at Grocery Outlet. As always, great vid! Especially loved the dog in the background, what a cutie.

Try the Inno foods coconut clusters. They’re not too coconut-y and they taste soooo good!!! Very simple ingredients too!
Thanks for the video. I thought the burger had a weird aftertaste, would not buy again. Things I wish they sold in bulk at Costco; earth balance, miyokos cheese, coconut yogurt, chickpeas. 😋

What do you use to replace the egg when you make waffles with the bisquick mix?

I JUST LOVE THE YAKISOBA NOODLES!!! They don't have the artificial taste that a lot of frozen noodles have and they actually taste like a restaurant dish! :)
