Great video. Those of us like myself who can't afford such a vessel can truly appreciate the grander and beauty of it. I also look at how many people such an endeavor employs. I love America that allows such prosperity to endure.
WOW!!! The finish on all of the wood throughout is incedible. The floors with the artistic designs are breathtaking! Great desighn and use of space. I am impressed.
As a friend of the previous owners of this yacht, I had the privilege of spending time on this truly spectacular vessel. It won a coveted design award for its interiors when it was first launched. During their ownership, it was NEVER chartered. Everyone was sad when Jim/Tim decided to sell her. I know it breaks their hearts to see what became of the original designs.
This boat was moored in Sausalito, CA at Schoonmaker Point Marina for years. Used to pass within 10 ft of it every weekend as I was teaching sailing on SF Bay. Circa 2000- 2005. Was always curious about it. Now I know. Nice presentation. Thanks.
I think this video says it all. What a beautiful yacht and the video most certainly talks about all the specs and love of the boat by the previous owner, Captain and crew. She's a gorgeous super yacht. One I'm sure the next owner will appreciate. Nice video Ken! Sweet boat for sure!
Finally, a boat that has all the little things we would want. Plus, the decor is fabulous, just stunning. And the elevator to all floors, plus separate toilets in the Master Suite, yes! I love the fact that all the furniture actually looks like it was designed for comfort. I love the office just before the master suite. I didn’t catch its nautical mile range...? Did anyone else? The details this owner put in look like they read my mind. I can’t wait to look further into the details of this boat.
I keep seeing the money debate on videos like this, and how rude people feel the need to be toward each other, and I just don’t understand it. I know I most certainly couldn’t afford this yacht, or any one like it, anytime soon. That still doesn’t mean that people need to be condescending toward each other based on whether or not they can or cannot afford something. I think most of us come here watching these videos knowing full well that we cannot afford such a luxurious vessel, but rather in appreciation of its splendor and magnificence. Just because one cannot afford something doesn’t mean they don’t have the right to be curious about the price tag. Let’s try to be decent toward each other people. We all breathe the same air, we all live, and we’re all going to die. You can be a good person by every single day trying to do the next right thing. That’s what makes us successful as human beings. Yes, money certainly helps, but you can’t take money with you when you die. Success starts from within. Changing our ways toward something positive, and making a conscious effort to make that our way of life. Remember people, we may not be able to escape all of our demons, but we can certainly try to live above them. Have a good day everyone.
I voted for Trump and still I can't afford one. WTF is up with that? Anyway, it doesn't have a place for my crawdad nets or my john boat when I go 'gator hunting.
Well, I am not breathing the same air as you man. I am breathing Swedish air. According to statistics, the cleanest air in a populated country. Only that is something that tells me that you and I do not breathe the same air. Just sayin'. Wm Cottrell, good luck with ya gator huntin'. Hope ya catch big ol' suckers that tastes yummy on the plate.
This stunning yacht was bought and the new owner re did the interior and made it look like a Soho loft on a budget. The "Less is more mentality". Less is less, they just charge you more money for it. I think, realized his mistake, and put it back on the market within about a year.
That is so sad! She was a work of art. It makes me so angry when this happens, the same with rich people buying historic homes and destroying them, creating a hideous modern interior. It's so wasteful to rip out rare woods and stones, so disrespectful to the original artisans who built it. If you want modern, buy new. Leave the history, art and craftsmanship to those of us who appreciate it.
Damn it Ken, you sold Invader before I could win the lottery.. Kudos on an excellent video. I can see that thef the follks at Codecasa take pride in their workmanship
One of the few large yachts I actually like. Absolutely beautiful and the elevator is perfectly placed to all decks. I would keep the current crew if possible as they know her best. Crew of 7 sounds about right. Now this is a true, beautifully designed dream yacht.
Beautiful boat, it might be the camera but it looks much bigger on the inside than it seems from the outside. Love the fact it has a lift, that is great. The new owner will be very happy with their new toy.
Almost my perfect boat! I would add a full scuba setup, a dedicated library, solar panels everywhere, and eliminate all carpeting. Great presentation of a fantastic vessel.
Hello Mr. Denison. I’ve been learning a lot about yachts through your dealership’s You Tube channel. Your sales associates are excellent presenters, & the production is exceptional. I can’t offer even a small critique. As for the video itself - would have been nice to get a peak at the radio room, but bravo!

What a magnificent boat! So grand and beyond my reach I don't even approach being jealous. I just feel so grateful that I have been on the largest cruise ship and enjoyed that and I just walked around enjoying the craftmanship and looking around. It's amazing to see all the materials and design that went into this masterpiece. I am also curious of price, but that means nothing to us. 100million? 10 million? Who cares? Very nice boat and built very well, the owner pretty much thought of everything which means he's had a yacht or two in the past and so he has designed this vessel with his past experiences in mind to minimize the costly maintenance a yacht of this size requires. I think for a used boat, if you can afford it this is the boat to own I mean really does it get any better than this? Note: Based on some of your viewers rude comments it's clear that a lot of your viewers would much rather sleep on a concrete floor than a comfy plush bed, also based on their comments they have no clue what first class really means!

But it sure can buy you a 164 foot yacht to go sailing in the Bahamas during times of sadness, which helps.

You have to admit. Mr. Denison really makes this yacht 'come alive' and his is very well spoken. He has 'skills' but this is also a very nice yacht.
