I have these problem it can be solved with volume button+power button, but after few minutes the problem returns and screen is black again... then repeat and again same thing...

May issue is sometimes the power button works when i open and close it sometimes they work sometime they don't

I had my experience last month. After charging, the screen went totally black. Since samsung note 20s have samsung dex, I used it with an external monitor to check. Phone is functioning but no display.
After weeks and research of alternatives, i decided to give it one last tap and charge it before resetting. (While looking for a new phone)
Suddenly, the display went back to life. 😂
