I have the same problem now after using my note 20 ultra for two years. I feel so say, I now agree iPhone is a better value for money and very durable. If I pay about 500 dollars to replace the screen what is the guarantee that it won’t happen again? I used my phone carefully so it never fell down and that is why I feel so pained

@@msrj899 I honestly don't recall rn, it is almost 4am where im at. But i do recall that i didn't factory reset or replace anything. I think i just turned off and back ON every possible way there was that i could find in the googles.

I try to reset by pressing volume down and power button together but Samsung logo not appearing. The phone able to reset but screen still black and I do not know what to do? I am from india
I had the same issue with my Note20 Ultra, unfortunately it didn't work even after restarting and charging or draining the battery. Sent it to the supplier since it was under warranty and it had not even been an year. I think it's high time to switch to another brand for me
My note 20 ultra 5g just shut off.bring to samsung service they say don't have parts to replace it. Why the flagship phone is not good . In fact its a high end phone.

Actually nothing can do,its bit fortune if it appear on guarantee time,just bring in samsung center and they will replacw your lcs,but i doubt that,its propbably just oppen your phone and fix it ,they show how bad samsung manufacture with flaghsip premium but easyly broken without any reason #shameonyousamsung

I've been using 20 ultra for a year now they're junk phones I paid $1200 plus tax new unlocked from bestbuy. This is one of the worst phones I've ever owned. If you're thinking about buying 20 ultra don't. So many issues with fingerprint, glass gorilla 6 is junk cracked very easily
