If you get the chance to go during a relatively dry period the get your shorts on and head further downstream along the bank before walking up the gorge in the river and enjoy an amazing experience.
@@LeoManAndMountain VERY dangerous idea.We wouldn't take our students out like that.Buoyancy aid,Dry/Wet suit ,helmet and Boots/ Sport shoes. And plenty of people in your party with at least a phone. Otherwise you are liable to found floating face down in The Endrick water with a smashed skull. Unless you know the area well do not go there between October and March. This NOT the Yorkshire Dales!;-)
We were in the Highlands exactly this time year and had the same weather to be fair. Steps looked very wet and slippery mind but worth the risk for a look at the Devils Pulpit, something I have heard of before but seeing for the first time, cheers Alan
The steps are a bit slick and there are ropes that you use to help get up and down but definitely a great place to visit and would be cool to explore a bit more

I absolutely agree, I told the mrs I need a pair of waders 🤣
@@LeoManAndMountain no waders, just go. Commando!
@@alistairthow1384 not sure that’s TH-cam safe 🤣
@@LeoManAndMountain I'm sure they provide 'soft filters' on the editing.

Nice! I’ll be there in three weeks…from Northern California
Enjoy it, and enjoy Scotland!
Nice filming of the Devils Pulpit. You've captured it brilliantly. Add me as a subscriber. I flew the Mini 3 Pro through the gorge
I bet that was fun flying through there! Thanks for watching 👌
Sorry but you never showed the Devils Pulpit. The Pulpit is further up the river.
I dont know much about the area, but I’ll have to revisit, but next time I’ll take waders 🤣 thanks for watching anyway even if I disappointed 😂
