I understood everything but why didn't you include using regular Hydrating Toner such as this Isntree green tea one during exfoliating? Like for example Can I use, Gentle cleanser, Hydrating toner, Salicylic Acid 2% Serum, and then moisturizer (spf50 in morning)? In the power point I didn't see normal Toner usage when using Salicylic Acid in Serum form or Exfolating Toner
Well, it depends on the PowerPoint, and/or the brands I showcase. For example, with The Ordinary's products, the concept is different. Their water-based serums could act as hydrating toners. This means that if you use serums like Hyaluronic Acid, Amino Acids, or Marine Hyaluronics for hydration, then this step would be hydrating and similar to using a toner, as it serves the same/similar purpose. However, I also tailor my recommendations based on what people prefer, the questions I get asked most, and what has worked best for me. So, there are many different ideas to consider, and sometimes, it's just for simplicity. But of course, you could add it to your routine similar to how I showed with the exfoliants in this video.

Personally, I've found that foods with preservatives and additives contribute the most to my skin problems. To target active pimples, I use a benzoyl peroxide cleanser, and sometimes retinol. So overall my advice would be to visit a doctor.
Can I use it after cleansing when my face it still wet? I don't usually use a towel to pat my face dry but I let it air dry instead, can I apply right after cleanser or only after it has fully air dried?
No, I recommend removing the water droplets from the skin surface before applying the toner (or any other skincare products) so that it doesn't get diluted and stays on the skin surface, as this hinders it from properly absorbing into the skin. Why don't you use a towel or tissue?

You need to test and see how your skin tolerates using these exfoliating acids on different days, as this depends on your individual skin tolerance. Also, what you mean by 'I use green tea toner but my toner sucks in every way'? 🧐
