Looks like they've got them pretty much perfect now👍🏻
I've been perfectly content with my screnches but that seems like if/when I use one, I won't want to touch a traditional scrench!

That's what wcs raker guages or tuning screwdrivers are for. Never would've discovered that. I don't envy product designers one bit

That tool should be pretty good and VERY convenient to have. I’ve been thinking of getting one, it’s just that I’m going backwards financially so I’ll just have to keep thinking about it. Oh well, one day 😮

It's basically a baby scaffolding wrench, pretty neat idea. If only they could figure out a quick release insert that'll fit on odd equipment like pole saws,. Also somehow fit a t27, h4(? The Husqvarna standard) and a small carb adjustment tip they'd have it all😆

Yes and a suitcase to fit it into while they're at it!

I have a couple saws you need a deep type socket to get the plug out. I think my ms250 is one of them. But I will get one for sure!

I bet these are sold for daily convenience, not necessarily to fully replace a classic scrench. I've got a 'stubby' scrench with very shallow sockets that is my 'daily' for actual work on saws apart from adjusting the chain or taking off the clutch cover it is useless.

The screw driver part really only for chain adjustment screw which doesn't require much force

    3:01 Who does that?
First release the tension with your scrench then spin the tool 360 degrees. No need to keep taking it off the nut & replacing it.
Better still, release the nut with a scrench then use a cordless drill with a socket adapter to spin it all the way in less than a second.
Full wrap handle? Get a shortie scrench or a regular scrench and cut off the side you're not using.
As for the ratchet scrench, once the initial tension is released the nut is already too loose for a ratchet to work properly. Seems like an expensive solution for a problem that doesn't exist.

I just got one two weeks ago from baileys. No idea if it’s version I II or III. Haven’t really used it so can’t say but the one thing I did notice was that the ratchet mechanism was courser and had more drag than ideal. Will it matter? Likely no but figured I’d mention it. Great idea regardless for sure 👍🏼

How does the shorter length of the head work with removing/replacing a spark plug? That would be my question

Next time you have his ear, mention the thickness but see if he might create an XL model ratcheting scrench for a little better leverage

Is this the same one sold through Baileys? I was thinking of getting one from them.
