Weekly Vlog

Hello and welcome back to another Weekly Vlog (or a big welcome if you're new here!) This week wasn't the best to be honest, as my mental health was pretty rubbish. On Monday, I had a fairly productive morning and opened an order from Boots.
On Tuesday, I had a virtual meeting about footpaths and accessibility, and then in the evening I had Physio. Unfortunately I'm not making as much progress as we'd hoped I would. Wednesday was a fairly quiet day, although we had my nephew so I spent some time with him.
I had very little energy on Thursday, but had a phone appointment with my Gastroenterology Professor. I've got to have a couple of tests and have also been referred to a couple of different people. Friday was a pretty bad day for my mental health, as there was a lot of stress. I did look on Next for some baby clothes for a couple of friends though.
On Saturday, I just really tried to be kind to myself, as my mental health still wasn't good. I had a video call with my brother, sister-in-law and niece, which was lovely, and then watched some shorts on Disney Plus. And then on Sunday, we finally got some snow!

I was diagnosed with autism as an adult. It helped to explain lots of quirks and obsessions that I have had over the years and can be linked with EDS too.

Pink or red cheeks should be from Mast cell if you have that, or more then likely can be Rosacea

Jenny I am struggling also it's a hard time I think for many of us take care of my dear love you videos and any sit down videos would be wonderful to see take care of yourself stay warm and enjoy 😇 each day in some way everyday is a struggle it's so hard to do just simple things as you said but we must keep going so smile and you do a wonderful job of keep going we all have our times of crying we just take things one moment at a time sit back and be thankful for what you can do not what we can't do that's what I tried to do but it is so hard thank you for all the video I enjoyed it very much whatever you have coming up I will enjoy and I will support Jenny you're wonderful person keep going and love that beautiful smile I know it's hard because each day is a struggle but you encouraging even on your bad days☃️☃️☃️☃️☃️❄❄❄❄❄❄❄🌬🌬🌬🌬🌬🌞🌞🌞🔥

His explanations are educational and he really helped me a lot on my finals. He is an insightful med student in Nottingham and he talks about conditions and diseases.
