I thoroughly enjoy watching your guides and am able to learn a lot definitely and obviously try to apply it to my game. I was wondering if you could maybe do a guide/talk about prioritizing units/city infrastructure? I am able to keep up my city's production and infrastructure and growth, however, I suffer in the army and unit numbers though :(

In your religion guide you claim that "Goddess of protection pantheon is terrible and only worth taking in a desperation play to save yourself from an attempted early rush on your capitol" but here you not only want the pantheon, first pick but it was contested and taken. Has your view shifted on the pantheon or was there an external reason that made the pantheon more desirable?
Yeah. My religion video talks about the base game. This video is played with the NQ mod (see video description) which changes things.

+Vincent Susilo Only the crazy salt starts has been removed. The ones where you get 3 in the capital and an additional 4 that you can expand to.

+Vincent Susilo There's actually a pretty good reason for that. We play with a drafting phase where each player bans 2 civs and then gets randomly assigned 3 of the remaining unbanned civs to choose from. Egypt is a very powerful civ, but not a directly scary civ. So when people do the banning phase the terrifying civs (Poland, Arabia, Zulu, Korea, Babylon, Spain, England, Maya, etc.) get banned. Then when players choose from the 3 civs they're randomly assigned they want to pick the strongest civ they have. Consequently, you see a lot of the top tier civs that didn't get banned get played. Egypt, Russia, Rome, sometimes China, Greece, Persia, etc are all fairly over represented. Basically Egypt is one of the best civs that doesn't regularly get banned.
Yeah, people should think about that more
