My thoughts and opinions on the the Master & Dynamic MW50+ headphones. These headphones did not fail to impress from the moment the box was open. While there were a few things that I did not like, the fact that Master & Dynamic put so much in to the build quality, comfort, and sound, I was able to let some of the nit pick stuff go.

I just bought these from B&H for $299! M&D has an instant rebate promo right now until the end of January.
Regarding the over-ear pads, have you tried adjusting how the cups seat around your ears? At first I thought the bass response was poor with the over-ears until I adjusted the angle so it seals completely against my skin. The bass response is still less than the on-ear pads, but I prefer the more spacious sound.
Either way it's nice to have that option! Lol love my MW50+.

I love playing in that ballpark but the fun is finding the headphones in th sub $200 that can hang in there with the high end ones.. I seen the senheisers HD1 for under $200 bones for Black Friday! That's a good buy!
You haven't mention about over ear sound quality. A lot of people are saying the over ear sound is pretty bad.
Because it was so terrible. Lol

Just movies? I'd probably rock the M&D. More comfortable, on ear pads are great for reducing hot ear!
I won't be able to do Vmoda vs M&D for a few weeks brother. I'm on vacation, I didn't bring all my gear. I'd get which ever cost less. If you have an iPhone maybe go with the codec version of the Vmodas. If you want ear splitting volume, M&D. It's what you value most that's going to make it a good buy.
The cool thing here is that you can't lose. Those are both two awesome headphones.. that's why I love playing in the +$300 range, hard to find a terrible pair of headphones in this price range.

I'm an Italian, have the Nuraophone plus 15 more headphones, just as hobby, no pro. Got the mh30 for 45 USD and I love them, thanks for this amazing review, I might check out those ones on eBay next to my nura and Sennheiser pxc 550.

Hey my brother these damn things really sound good and you was right there loud and I can EQ them over Bluetooth with my OnePlus 6 and I have apple music with the 5 band eq and bass boost in the settings!!!

@@no1up Yes they're much clearer , louder and lighter now I'm trying to decide if I want to keep the BLK and grey or swap them out for the BLK on BLK!!
