Bellroy Venture 9L. Used it for a 3 week trip with daily gear and Fuji100. Amazing sling and worth the premium price in my opinion. Probably too small for SLR though
Budget Option for me: Chrome Kadet mini. Fitted my a6000 with 55-210mm lense, 0.5l bottle, snacks, jacket (through straps on the bottom outside) and my other EDC (like a Victorinox compact, small wallet and hygiene products). I added a DIY strap that passes under my left shoulder, so the sling keeps in place, but you can also buy one from chrome itself. Sorry for my bad English, I am not a native speaker. ❤
Cool roundup. One thing you used to do in the past is have an audio cue between products. That way if I've looked away from my device because I remember your review of the product you're describing I know when to you have transitioned to the next one. Doesn't have to be the airline chime you used to use, a simple ding would do since these were speedrun.
I have a request / suggestion , my current set up for everyday circumstances is, a mini wallet/edc pouch which is about 1Litre , 1 Sling/Hip pack which can carry my edc wallet inside, and a couple more daily but not bare minimum stuffs. AND so then my carry on back pack which can carry my sling/hip ack, and my cloth and survival kits. My current set up is forclaz Tavel wallet XL, > Bellroy venture camera edition > Cabin zero ADV 45L Honestly, the wallet part was still a bit too big, the sling part was a bit too bulky, and the backpack part was TOO “less expandable” 😂 Honestly, I need a better set up but in this same concepts,
Hi friends, can you please make a video of your favorite clothing for travel or everyday wear, looking for options to incorporate in a capsule wardrobe.
Great video but I think including prices (before any discounts) would have been helpful as a lot of these products can come with significant sticker shock. I should known to expect it because it’s a Bellroy product but when I looked up the cooler caddy and it was $80 CAD for what’s basically a lunch box my jaw dropped!
Is there a “WaterProof” backpack for city travel & commuting around £120 or under??? Any waterproof bag I search online look like they are meant for the jungle or are ridiculously priced. Any recommendations???
I will admit to being an early GenX-er which makes me somewhat older than the makers of Pack Hacker videos. With that said, what percentage of self supporting adults travel with a Nintendo Switch and need a sling bag with which to carry it? It is covered in so many videos I wonder if I am the only person on the plane not carrying a video game console.
I personally don’t, but the sling can be used for an everyday carry which a lot of people bring their Switch or something similar in size. A lot of people know how big a Switch is so that’s also a good way to gauge the size of the bag.
A sling is in my opinion the ultimate travel item. If you travel a lot you should try one. I never got into video games so I can’t speak to that. Just a form of entertainment.
I personally don't use a sling but I always travel with my switch so I have something to do while in transit or while waiting around that doesn't drain my phone battery.
I also am an early Gen-exercise. Not only do I travel with a switch, but frequently take a Steamdeck also. That being said, you can carry what you want but it gives you a good idea of size and capacity.
Hi Pack Hacker, Great to see all those suggestions! I just travelled with an e-reader, nintendo switch and iPad Air. The switch often comes back in your video's in all kind of gear. And I like pre-downloading movies and series for during a flight on the iPad.| Now I used the GoRuck GR2 main front pocket lower part to put those items. The iPad in a simple cover that doubles as a stand. My question: How would you use your bigger tabblets? Or would you only use mini's (which I don't own). Thanks so much for your advice!!

Hi I ordered the $99 box and it seems the discount is only 10% when using your link FYI
Hope you guys also make a sling list! Especially those that can pass as camera bags without looking like an actual camera bag lol
Camera cube inside a good backpack is best
@@DenisMcD if traveling yes but when you're in the city or wherever, easy access slings are good

@@PackHacker I disagree I find all the sound effects like the bubble very distracting
I just used the matador soap bag on my recent trip to Montreal and I TOTALLY LOVE IT!!! I highly recommend it!

I love my tomtoc sling so much
Hi friends, can you please make a video of your favorite clothing for travel or everyday wear, looking for options to incorporate in a capsule wardrobe.
Thanks for the suggestion! I’ll pass it along.
I am looking for good waterproof or resistant gloves that are warm but thin and work on touch screens. Any thoughts?

What water bottle do you recommend for travel? I like the hydro flask but it’s way too heavy.

Hi Laura, thanks for video, your gréât in explaining in detail functions of products… bye🙏🏻

That Mystery Ranch backpack reminds me of the monster from stranger things haha
The Bellroy Cooler Caddy didn’t go on sale for Black Friday.
Tomtoc is a great brand for value. Have 3 of their sling for daily. While I love my Alpaka and AER more, Tomtoc is pretty great for the price.

A sling isn't used only to carry a Switch

Just took that heeta dry bag on a cruise. For the money it is hard to beat for a day at the beach.

@@PackHacker no issues at all. Still looks great. Will be uses on many more trips.

An iPad Air combined with a light, cheap folding Bluetooth keyboard would work.
a soap caddy. why not just use plastic sandwich bag and twist and then wrap over itself again and twist and wrap over itself again. 🤔
@packhackers is the Jintedi Switch thing an inside joke? Cause if it is, that’s awesome 😂
Great Info...Thank You!

“Heritage wax” Thule.. wonder if it’s worth the weigh?
