@@boblast5582 HKS and J's racing have one. The J's is 2 grand, which is crazy high. PWR hasn't released their offering IIRC. I'm waiting for another option to come to market, so this intercooler is just temporary.
@@pointbypatrol I saw either the HKS for a hair under 1400 when googling this last night… still absurd for an intercooler. Also saw the PWR for 2k (not sure if that’s USD or AUD) on their Australian website, looks to be complete.
@pointbypatrol This is precisely where I'm at lol. I'm pretty sure I want to go with the KW's, but it's a pretty big commitment and I still benefit more from seat time than anything else (so trying to dial-in suspension during track days instead of digesting/analyzing my own driving is probably not the best use of my time)
@@mogradme8535 there are so many adjustments when you move over to coilovers. I'd have to read books to get it right, and it's a painstakingly time consuming undertaking!
@@richardly438 I haven't given it much thought to be honest. I've heard of a few guys that tried them that ran into electrical issues because of it, and the issues went away when they switched back to the factory battery.
Didn’t you have overheating issues with the PRL IC on your white car? I’m running the pwr b&p with my jester tune without issues. IATs staying under 50c with mhi turbo.
@ anything thicker than the OE IC is restricting air flow to the rad it seems. Heat extraction from the bonnet seems to be a solution or just running e85 to keep things cooler.
@ I’ll wait for your review/testing. I doubt it make much of a difference. Pwr is thin walled design and not very thick like the hks or j’s racing. But keen for results!
Thanks for the great channel ........ I value your videos beyond belief Sir ............ ;-)
Doesn't PWR have a tune and fin intercooler for the FL5? edit: HKS has one too.

@@pointbypatrollook into the Wagner intercooler, some testing has already been documented on civicxi. This is definitely what I'll be getting. Cheers
Thanks for the video! Are you considering coilovers, or are you pretty happy with the stock suspension?
@@mogradme8535 I drool over a set of the KW V3's, but that opens up a whole new can of worms. Suspension tuning is tough stuff!

How do you think about antigravity battery? You will drop about 29lb.

@@dopeddie I did! Up until I added the PWR intercooler. Even then it would get warm, but not to the point of overheating.

I think it's still easier and faster from the bottom
