Thanks for the review. Just heard rumors it's being discontinued, but hard to believe that. I'm currently on the lookout for a vintage bottle here in Japan for my channel. They pop up often, but I'm picky about the bottle condition and price. I just missed a good one for $18.
This one always has a place in my collection as well as Intense, Bleu, and Sport. I picked up some cheapies like Melizia Uomo Vetyver, Sergio Tacchini for Men (1987), and Lamborghini Millennials which all I was impressed with.
The smell of my childhood. My father brought a bottle with him when he immigrated in the early 2000s. He let me wear it from time to time even as a little kid and it was a compliment magnet. To this day the original bottle, though empty, still smells heavenly. I picked up a new bottle recently and it unfortunately falls short to the original - a lot more synthetic and somehow less longevity and strength. Still nice by all accounts, but doesn't beat out the original.

It has fallen in potency; most fragrances become weaker over time. I love your story.

Its a good fragrance.
But sadly, i've smelled this in air fresheners for example, its too overdone.
Most assuredly, it has inspired many knock offs in multiple industries of scent.
Was good before! Not anymore has been reformulated lately and not good anymore 👎 cheers 🥂
