Ibis Madrid Airport Hotel Review

We had one night left in Madrid and had to be at the airport early in the morning. We stayed here at the Ibis Madrid hotel as it was close to the airport. Was it worth it? Watch and find out!

€167.00 is an outrageous price for an Ibis hotel, even without the problems you had. It’s a budget chain and they charged you a non-budget price.

Hi there, your 100% right. We were there during a soccer match and our air b and b lost power so we had to find a place available. Apparently, the hotel jacked up the rates because of the match. It's sad, but we had to stay somewhere and my mom's flight left in the morn :(

That's too high of a rate. For that much I'd stay in a 4-star in the city center and not have those problems, and then take the Metro or Express shuttle to the airport. Also too high of an add-on for breakfast! Better off getting something post-security for a lot less.

Apparently, the hotel jacked up the rates because of the match. It's sad, but we had to stay somewhere and my mom's flight left in the morn :( Also she's in her 70's so.
