@@bstfishing Would one mile or samurai beach be better? Im heading to Nelsons bay on monday for a few days and would love to get some worms for some beach fishing
I am seriously impressed with that beach worming. I have had my fair share of goes at it and have about a 3% success rate. Do you think the worm lets latched onto the stocking? Is that the key?
Hi Ben, The worms are very ‘finicky’ when its comes to this beach. I find that letting them latch onto the stocking are the key, however most of the time they’re cautious or easily spooked once you get your fingers/pliers around them. I normally try to get my fingers in the sand once they’ve just latched on and then wait for the first arch, but if they aren’t latching on, i would just keep swishing my stinky bait around them/10cm infront of them otherwise move on to another worm
never knew there were beach worms on stockton, definitely gonna give it a shot
Unfortunately the worms werent caught at stockton, beach is too steep for worming

Getting better now, but gotta still teach rest of the family to save me some time😂
Mate just grab some cheap snags from Coles, they work amazing and you don't need to fork out for the pillies
Thanks MYeahman, ill give that a go!
