Hej from Denmark. I have never been able to make beautiful paintings before I looked at your videos. You explain everything so a beginner can understand. Thank you so much .
At time stamp 18 min the clouds look like they could also be waves washing into shore ... but after the land comes in that all changed for me ... this man has helped me alot with learning to paint just watching these videos
Thank you for this tutorial. I have not done many sunsets but the ones I have painted using your tutorials have come out ok (I think) but need to practice more. Thank you for your time and Stay Safe.
TY for sharing this video. I've watched quite a few videos about painting sunsets - have also tried many of those videos to no avail. I'm almost positively CERtain that this particular method of painting a sunset will work out for me. I do appreciate your advice and instructions. TY again for sharing.
Today I discovered, researching these colors on the internet, that Red Gold can be made by mixing Indian Yellow and Crimson. The fact that Indian Yellow and Red Gold are related, I imagine is one reason these two colors work so well together. It's easy to extrapolate that any two colors, that work well together, must be related in a similar way. And I suspect that color wheel, that I've never quite figure out yet, somehow can be used to find related colors. I started painting just two months ago, with no previous experience or training, so all this is new to me. Forgive me, if it's remedial for the rest of you. I just wanted to share a Eureka moment.
