Thanks Dave. It's very convenient for all the Disney Parks, but not so for Seaworld and Busch Gardens. I've often stayed on International Drive in the past which is different again, in yet similar. Would't it be great Dave if there was just maybe one stretch like this somewhere in the UK, let's say about a mile or so that is landscaped similar to this. Regards Geoff

You may be interested, I've just recently put two uploads onto youtube featuring this area, one of them is a virtual tour using Planet Coaster featuring most of the surrounding area of Fun Spot USA, The Old Town and Irlo Bronson Highway at night and in 4K, very atmospheric. The previous upload is real and was shot in the day time, but looks inside the Amusement Park as well as the Classic Cars that come on a Saturday. Best Wishes. Geoff Dean

Thanks Julie. I believe the river is possibly a retention area, whenever something is built, especially something large they have to dig out an area because of all the swamp land area's that Florida sits on, and then they make it all part of the landscaping which is good. Me and my family are planning a trip to this area in a few months, are there any safe crossings on that highway, will be staying in a hotel in that area and won't be getting a hire car. So getting on a bus on one side of the road and off it on the other.
Hi Dan. There are several Crossings along the way to get you completely from one side to the other so that you'll be able to get you're buses with no problems. The Lynx Bus is a good one to take at about $2, or $2.50 and will take you directly to the transport and ticket center in Walt Disney World, from there all the transport will be free to use which will gwt you to all the parks and places within. Also at the Transport and Ticket center you can catch a Lynx bus that will take you directly to Sea World. Quite often at a lot of the Hotels they have free Theme Park Buses that will take you to and from the parks including All Disney Parks, Sea World, Universal Studios as well as another Bus that will take you to Busch Gardens. In your hotel you'll most likely find a visitor desk who can advise and offer you maps of the area. Once you are there you'll be able to take in your surroundings and pretty quickly start to find your way around, there is always someone about that can point you in the right direction. Food up and down the strip is very reasonable with several Buffet Restaurants, Bars, Pubs, Shops, Supermarkets, GIft Shops, Amusement Park (Fun Spot USA). Check out my archives as there will be plenty of interest to you.You are going to have such a great time with so much diversity. Have a wonderful Vacation. Regards. Geoff

Believe it or not I have a great deal more in my archives from previous years that's never been edited or uploaded so far. This was from January. There are some great places here. Everything is starting to gradually open up again, it takes time but we will have a normality back again.
West 192 is much better than the scummy east side.
I've been to several parts of 192, as you say some parts are better than others. Most of the time I've stayed on international drive.
