U.S. Route 192 is an east-west highway that runs 75.04 miles (120.76 km) from U.S. Route 27 (State Road 25) in Four Corners, Lake County, east past Walt Disney World and through Kissimmee, St. Cloud and ending at State Road A1A in Indialantic, one block from the ocean.
This video focuses on the main section of Hwy 192 / Irlo Bronson Highway that runs south of Disney from mile marker 1 to Mile Marker 14 (Old Kissimmee).

HWY 192 is a major tourist strip in the area around the Walt Disney World Resort area and features numerous timeshare, restaurants, shops and vacation home communities as well as some of its own attractions.
The road is known as US 192 and also Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway, named after state representative, senator, and cattleman Irlo O. Bronson, It is also called the Space Coast Parkway, as it leads to the Space Coast.
This is where i was 31 years ago today visitng Disney for the first time and it was great I stayed at a Howard Johnsons near Orange World and and a Toll Plaza.

Always stayed in rental villas around Bass Road down from Walmart,saw a lot of changes in East 192 over the years not for the best either,Wild Bills gone years ago and further east to St.Clouds the big farmers market next to the Turnpike is all gone and replaced by shopping precinct.God I must be old.First visit from UK was 1999 Sept, Hurricane Floyd.

It is a great place to be near Disney, but not pay Disney prices.
Some ten years since I travelled along that highway. At places it is not recognisable to me! Same as many other places.
The amount of recent development is incredible. Our staff cannot believe it either.

1st incorrect statement at 1.06 you are heading EAST not WEST. At 5.36 Left at Formosa Gardens is not he way to Animal Kingdom, you need to go further to Sherberth Rd./Entry Point junction. 6.33 All up and down 182?. At 7.09 it is Old Lake Wilson?. OK, you're trying to give people a "heads up" to the 192 fair enough. But please give them the right information. This from a Villa owner on Calabria on Westside Blvd, having been coming to Kissimmee for 25 years.

Davenport has a long way to go. Most kids in the area are not even able to go to the schools because of its location in the Osceola County limits. The schools in the area are built to small and location are not well thought out. The four counties can’t seem to work together on simple safety hazards many of us face. Half of us don’t even know what to call the area I’ve heard Citrus ridge, four corners, Davenport, and Clermont just to name a few. I hope that one day we can become just one town of our own instead of every county feeding off our taxes and not putting any money back into the community except maybe hiring more police.
