    Reduplicated syllables! A reduplicative is a word or lexeme (such as mama) that contains two identical or very similar parts. Words such as these are also called tautonyms. These are rare in English. "Mama", "booboo", "doodoo" and "goody-goody" are the only examples I can think of.

      I have checked and found other words like bling-bling,blah-blah,tum-tum,bye-bye,yum-yum.
      Also in Swahili we have:Goigoi,bubu,konokono
