Congratulations, Göran! I remember when i was just laying on the bed and suddenly i found your video that you have run every single day for one year. It really inspire me to do the same thing. Now i run for more than 400 days. Since than your videos were always inspiration for me to keep pushing to my limits. Thank you very much and i wish you all the best.
I found that after a a certain distance running your body can simply go in to automatic mode, where by your are physically fit and able to run any distance you set your mind to, and it is then your mind you have to overcome, or injuries and strains during the run, my furthest run before my latest challenge was 56 miles, I then decided to see if I could push it further a year later during covid lockdown in the UK and see how I could go without stopping, I managed 102 Miles/160km in 15hr 55 mins, needless to say my body was broken and never recovered from that properly. SO I salute your epic challenge and well done

Congratulations and very inspiring. I haven't done any "long" distances, i.e. much longer than what I normally train, yet. I am currently training for my 3rd official half marathon and am comfortable doing distances up to 20 km in training (as long as it's in zone 2), but have never run beyond 20 km, not even sure if I could do a full marathon but might try next year. The one thing that I like about longer runs is how much terrain you can cover and how much you can see, a feeling that in the past I only got when doing longer bike tours. Talking to birds is very relatable to me, but as a bird nerd I can do so during my morning walk to work (just don't disturb them). The other relatable thing was forgetting the phone, though most of the time I notice after I get out of my house when I try to turn on my podcasts.

Jag har följt dig sedan dina orienteringsvideos med headcam då jag var nyfrälst orienterare vid den tiden och blev överlycklig var gång du lade ut en ny orienteringsvideo med kartgps spår på. Som du sade i denna videon, de var inte jättemånga views på dem😂 nu har du miljoner visningar! Imponerande och stort Grattis! Kul att följt med från då och sett vad kanlen utvecklats till, vloggen som till början va ju mer eller mindre en rehab kanal😅 så gott o s e du håller ihop bättre nu och hoppas du repar dig efter denna utmaning. saknar emellanåt orienteringsvideorna lite ändå 😉
