      Well it helps too that he is the best college wrestler of all time. So when you see how good he was, it makes it easier to buy in. When one group buys in, then the next class and so on and so forth. It just turns into a cycle. Plus always have his brother and Casey helps too. And Jake Varner. All great role models and fantastic wrestlers in their own right.

      I’ve never understood the CS hate. Especially from some of his comments from last year. He is a dog and shoots it straight. Incredibly high aspirations for himself and too many people take it as cocky, and all things considered, he has every right to be.

    Impressive - he owned what happened and is moving on - he’s the guy you want in your trench every day of the week. He also appreciates what the staff and the room give to him and he gives back to them all. Wrestling provides such a good way to grow character if you are able to learn and see the bigger lessons within the sport and all that surrounds it. Fantastic competitor who still loves the fight, again impressive - I hope he wins the tourney and the Hodge - he is representing the sport the way all who have gone before him would wish to see guys compete.

    It’s important to remember these wrestlers are first, and foremost, students. The same level of focus and passion that Carter carries on the mat, will serve him as he moves forward with his life off the mat. Now that’s the level of intelligence and direction that will translate into life success for Carter.
    Wins and championships are nice. A good time to be a college wrestling fan and supporter. You also can’t help but be a fan of the Penn State Wrestling ethos.

      @joeguerra8435 10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@saljablo2767 Penn State and the B1G are the mainstay and anchor for the future stability of college wrestling.
      We’re living through the damage and corruption from college football and basketball created by NIL, transfer portals, conference realignments, bloated coaches salaries, etc. College wrestling, as a non-revenue creating sport, is in a race against time for its’ survival.
      I’m doubtful that even Penn State, the mother ship of stability, the oasis in the storm, and the anchor of college wrestling can survive or save the rest of college wrestling from the modern corrupting undertow created by the greed of college football and college basketball.
