Thank you! I really appreciate it. It’s hard to make videos of the magnitude of that species challenge but with each video I’m trying to post better and better content. If you stick around I promise you won’t regret it, got some cool stuff coming!
I used to Fish here a Lot!! My friend lived here and I used to go over and fish by the other lake by the other pool by the laundry room and there was some nice bass there I used to catch some bluegill by the sewer drain next to the tree and cut em up when I had no bait funny enough I caught a nice bass with a McDonald’s French fry and a broken rod with string tied to the pole man I’m surprised to see there’s still fish there last time I went a lot of fish were dead on the water I might need to go visit there and fish again awesome vid man 🤘🤘🤘
@@FishingWithPorter I hope the bass are still alive they were decent but pretty skinny If you wanna try out the spot I used to cast it’s the other lake near the round jacuzzi wall in front of the the narrow part of the lake to the left of the mini bridge leading to the pool and laundry room It’s nice to see people fishing there still and keep a look out for the big carp that roams around there (if it’s alive still) my buddy caught em once in one of the two lakes by the roundabout I believe
Just found your channel tonight and watched a ton of your vids. I can tell you’re a really genuine dude! I’ve been to Phoenix twice (from the PNW) and never thought there would be any fishing scene there. Next time I’m down I’ll bring definitely bring a pole! Subbed and will keep up with your channel.
Thanks man I really appreciate it!!! A big part of what I do is tho show people what Arizona has to offer as far as fishing goes despite being a desert. Thank you for watching and I hope you enjoy my videos to come!
The experience you had with dropping live minnows and having a bass within a few seconds reminds me of the experience I had when I was growing up and the family house was on a golf course in North Phoenix. To fish the pond, I would go to Petco or PetSmart or whatever and buy red worms and throw them in under a bobber. Literally within seconds I would get either a Nile tilapia, bluegill, or channel cat
@@wayneb6441 Well, I wouldn't introduce them to the bass----I'd just toss them in and let them meet on their own. Seriously though, I didn't know until I googled it just now that crayfish are an invasive species in Arizona. I always assumed crayfish were native everywhere.
I think most do, my bass pro sells anchovies, chicken liver, and stuff like that as well. But it is crappie season so they go fast here and last time I was there they were sold out pretty cheap though!
@@kunaiwithchain5278 they put blue dye in the water which is a common theme down here and Arizona for man-made ponds because they think it looks more refreshing or whatever. I think it’s disgusting personally
Freshwater 16.24 pound flathead catfish (it’s on video you can find it on my channel) saltwater like 2 pound finescale triggerfish. But hopefully soon my fiancé’s dad and I will be going to Mexico for some 70+ pound grouper on his boat!
Backyard fishing, very nice!
Pretty cool!! I have a video where I fish out of my bedroom window too haha! Thanks for watching 🙏

Nicely done, great catfish to start it out and some nice bass as well. Nice that you have that close to where you live.

awesome video bro!
Thanks man!! 🙏💪
Amazing!
Thank you father
That minnow trap didn't do too well. You may have to stock that pond with some crayfish and minnows to help those bass and catfish out. :)
True that. Most of those fish are on the healthy side but a lot of them can be pretty skinny so that would be a good idea. Thanks for watching!
In arizona you can only use crayfish in a place you caught. You can't introduce

I fish the lake behind the apartment building I live in also. I have caught large mouth, white bass, flathead, channel cat, and of course bluegill.
