Pretty good audio engineering. I can simultaneously hear Conan doing his schtick, Matt mumbling insults, and Sonia laughing her ass off. Needs skill to balance all that.

"The radio?" This has come up on the show before. I think on some level, Conan honestly believes that he is doing an old-timey radio show.
I mean, he is like 80 years old so im not surprised if he feels that way.
@@darkdoge9240 Its just easier to classify everything as radio when you aren't listening to physical media.
Maybe he just says "radio" to cover all wireless devices connected to the internet through radiowaves. We will never know.
This is was my favourite part. The way he's silent for a moment and turns his head to her, deciding to unload a fresh salvo of in her direction... That's when you know she got him.
I mean many people listen to podcasts in their cars so that way calling it "radio" would make sense

I love that Conan kept doubling down on everything. Sona calls out Conan for taking it easy on Eduardo, he doubles down on how great Eduardo is. Sona calls out Conan for implying people are listening on their radios, he doubles down and says people still gather round the radio like it's the 1930s.
He's an absolute legend.

The funny thing is that if Sona didnt bring her jealousy up, Conan probably would've went and made fun of Edwardo in many other ways, but since she said that now Edwardo is the saint that he is 😆

As a podcast audio engineer, it makes me sooo happy to see Conan struggle to insult Edwardo! We’re often so undervalued and unappreciated, so its sooo refreshing to watch someone so established push the importance of audio engineering! Keep killing it brother, you’re giving us all a good name!
I somehow decided to listen to the ending credits and didn't hear Eduardo's name. Now I might be wrong, but there are not that many people who work on audio based programmes so it should be hard to miss mentioning him 🤷🏻

Sona’s clap back on the radio comment from Conan is a really good example of why she’s so integral to this podcast beyond the amazing laugh, she’s very quick & can match Conan’s brutal teasing, this might be my favourite clip of these, I love how Conan brings in the team.

Yeah, I tune in for Sona's cool older sister energy and satisfying laugh. Bley's persistent red face. Matt's suburban Jordan Schlansky disposition. Conan's quick wit and command of the ridiculous. Eduardo's behind the scenes cool mode. The way that other guy just sits there, sometimes ending up in the shot. Great show.

I listen to the podcast mainly for the beginning and end parts where they three just fool about. I've even skipped the whole guest part in some if I'm not interested in that person and I just listen to them ramble, which for me is what keeps me coming back. There's hardly any episode where I don't at least crack a smile while listening to them jibber-jabber

How long has Eduardo been on staff? Both Conan and his staffers have pointed out that Conan will only make fun of you if he likes you and feels comfortable around you, so maybe he's being overly nice to Eduardo because he hasn't been around as long as Bley, and he isn't basically family like Sona.
I mean this would be true for anyone, true friendship is being able to make fun of each other, but making fun of someone you don't really know is just rude :)
Or maybe Conan was fascinated by that deep voice of Eduardo? It's hard not to like hearing him talking
