What's funny is how casually Noob Smoke's ending in Deception told the player this lol. It wasn't presented as some big twist. I had to immediately rewatch the ending in the Unlockables because I was so confused lol. I also remember my "Arcade lore" being that Sheeva was Goro's daughter who was trained to reclaim the title her father lost. And that Goro had a whole legion of kids waiting to challenge Liu Kang......Arcade lore was always more fun lol

Bi-Han is my favorite Mortal Kombat kharacter out of the whole bunch. As the original Sub-Zero, he's amazing at what he did. Now as Noob Saibot, he has untapped potential, for better or worse. I hope Bi-Han gets justice in future MK game(s)...I'd love to see the "Sub-Zero Bros." fight side-by-side and maybe alongside Scorpion/Smoke... I can dream for that day... but it's up to Ed Boon and Netherealm Studios... Thanks to Ed Boon and John Tobias for bringing this awesome Kombatant to life. Love to see more of Bi-Han (& Kuai Liang) in the future.
I swear that is my dream see a “ninja squad” in mortal kombat ok we don’t need all of them maybe to many but like you said the most important ones, mk11 was very good but I want more focus and emotional on Noob saibot . scorpion feeling some sort of regret and not just blaming quan chi, sub zero there also and maybe ermac and reptile as helping force that would be dope and enough for me but it’s hard when Shaolin squad, liu kang is the main protagonist and focus now! Hope in the future they focus on Noob saibot story as the main man it’s not too late and it could be even a better story with new villains there.

In the latest live action movie, after Sub-Zero is defeated by Cole and Scorpion, you see his body being consumed by black smoke. Tho Shang-Tsung uses the black smoke to teleport throughout the movie, as Sub-Zero's body was being consumed by it I immediately thought of Noob.

I think the thing that always had MK being such a good franchise is that they find ways to connect most of the characters. Manipulation is so high in these games that it’s always shocking at times. I know they love restarting the games but I genuinely enjoy all the back stories and how all these characters end up where they are.
Because we all kno he deserves better then how the creators treat him especially sine he is the original sub zero he’s a tragic character that doesn’t get justice
He’s such a tragic character. Great warrior doomed from the very beginning by many reasons he couldn’t control. Now a husk of his former strength. No more family. No more clan. No more honor. And all he can do is accept the facts for what they are, because some lighting guy with a cool hat told him to. His routine has been arrive, lose, leave, and repeat it all over again. What a horrible and sad fate for someone who was once a great warrior and revered for his skill and technique.
Joe Taslim already confirmed he'll be coming back as Noob👌. It was obvious by Shang Tsung's dialogue and how he took Bi-Han's corpse in a safe keeping way at the end of the movie. He has plans for his body.
When I was a kid mileena scared the hell out of me, in the original MK none of them scared me it was only until MK 2 that they began to scare me even Kitana with her kiss of death I dunno why it was so scary back then seeing them blow up, also that damn forest and smoke scared me I never knew about noob until MK trilogy because I was a kid I wasnt winning no damn 50 times in a row hahahaha, MK was shocking but MK2 was creepy

Even before the revelation of MK Deception, the elder / Original Sub-Zero as Noob Saibot is similar to being a writing on the wall all along as early as MK2. - In MK2, he had the same fighting stance and victory pose as that of Sub-Zero - By UMK3 for the SNES and MKTrilogy, he had that disabling cloud which disabled opponents from making special moves (a near derivative of the Deep Freeze which in turn disallows opponents from moving), as well as the Saibot throw (a derivative of Sub-Zero's Slide which takes opponents off guard). Likewise, his Saibot clone could be treated as a moving derivative of Sub-Zero's Ice Clone. - In MK4 / MKG and as a hidden character, he had Sub-Zero's freeze and shatter fatality.

But I like the whole MK universe as a whole. One thing I missed. Here and even when playing, is where and how (besides the Lin Quay’s cybernetic initiative) Sub-Zero came to be Cyber Sub-Zero and then when he ultimately reverted back. Or just wasn’t the Cyber one anymore.
I remember playing Mk for the first time on the arcade at the local corner store. I was hooked from day one. After a couple of years they put in killer instinct and I was hooked again. To this day I have all mortal Kombat, Street fighter and killer instinct games. So many great memories playing these games.

This is the problem with mortal Kombat bad guys. As powerful, cool, and skilled as they are, they always end up with defeated, defeated, defeated, defeated in their story. I can see if you get beaten by one or two people in the roster of good guys but damn. Noob has multiple clones to utilize and is a dick to Kuai Liang and Hanzo lol. Definitely the evil Sub-Zero with blind loyalty to the Lin Kuei prior to being killed by Scorpion and Quan-Chi turning him into Noob-Saibot. This is confirmed in Mk9 and MK 11 when Kuai Liang and Hanzo are shocked to see Bi Han alive. Bi Han tells them "Quan-Chis creations aren't easily killed"

Bad writing is the only answer. Logically, Bi Han should be destroying everyone. He was one of the strongest fighters before he was murdered; and his resurrection as Noob only gave him even more very powerful strength. Pretty much every character is a jobber, the victor of every fight has always been decided by who’s on the left side of the screen.

Noob has multiple clones to utilize and is a dick to Kuai Liang and Hanzo lol. Definitely the evil Sub-Zero with blind loyalty to the Lin Kuei prior to being killed by Scorpion and Quan-Chi turning him into Noob-Saibot. This is confirmed in Mk9 and MK 11 when Kuai Liang and Hanzo are shocked to see Bi Han alive. Bi Han tells them "Quan-Chis creations aren't easily killed"

Bad writing is the only answer. Logically, Bi Han should be destroying everyone. He was one of the strongest fighters before he was murdered; and his resurrection as Noob only gave him even more very powerful strength. But the writers of NRS just want to make him a jobber because he’s evil now I guess and good must always triumph evil as usual I guess.
