I've been memorizing vocab words and phrases, and this is SERIOUSLY helping me actually know the real meaning and practical usage of the words and not just "this is how you say this english phrase in japanese", love this!
The issue with this book is that they don't provide the source for their information so we don't know if they are being honest. Also they lack explanations and the sentences come from Google translate
@@reeb3687Agree there’s no point in advancing to this without the Hiragana and Duolingo has it for free and it’s good. They don’t give adequate explanation of some of these words, though, which is why I’m here.
"100 most common words" proceeds to tell you 30 different grammar points with no explanation
In all languages the 100 most common words are never nouns. Most of them are conjunctions or prepositions etc. So this is accurate.
It's not grammar point, it's words, you dumbass. Probably an American thinking word means noun

1:41 - Ta is not a word
What does possessive mean for no
You use no の to say something belongs to someone (possessive). Like Takashi’s bag = Takashi no kaban desu.

1k, gimmie prize.
Should have the Romajis 😭
you should learn hiragana before ever studying any japanese tbh so just do that on duolingo every day for a month or two
No it's better to not have romaji here
For that you have kana, and furigana for kanjis 😊
