Again, amazing vids! With things like pork in a dish - I would separate butanikuga into buta-ni-kuga to help people see that buta to help people figure out that means pork/pig that can be substituted as other types of meat for the same question.

I dont think most viewers would recognize 豚肉 (buta-niku) as pork-meat since the target audience of this video likely don't know kanji, so they probably wouldn't get much use out of the separation.

Whats the difference between いただけますか and くれませんか

いただきます has to do with someone else doing something for you (bringing you a plate etc) while くれませんか while not grammatically always so, in most cases is used to ask for permission for your actions (i.e. can I borrow the restroom; トイレを貸してくれませんか)
