    Hi Bec & Justin, looks absolute “schmink” and for sure every thing is in the right place and works a thread! We wish you many more years amazing nice traveling in your new rig! You will love the much different driving with the 200 series and van instead of getting tossed around from a van in a BT50. It’s so much fun stepping on the “loud pedal” and it pulls like an Bull! Safe travel and all the best. Cheers.

    Let's get a look inside the fridge. Thinking about getting an upright and curious to know more about it. Also, you didn't mention anything about the new storage compartments on the cab, behind the rear door. How much space do you have inside them?

    G'DAY Justin,looking fantastic, seeing that you seem to like Beef JERKY, would highly recommend planning that on your trip north and inland in Queensland,to include a visit to Kilkivan,sand check out the Butcher on highway, just between hall and hotel,for I believe the best jerky in Australia?

    Hey brother, I know this is an older video, but, may I ask.... how often do you check/service your ARB diff breather? I’m wanting to install one on my Jeep. But want a true review from someone that uses it.

    • @TripInAVan
      @TripInAVan  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hey mate, it’s pretty much a service free unit hey. It’s located up high in the engine bay so it stays clean. The only thing I do is check the lines at the diffs when I’m checking over the car, making sure all in tact and no damage has occurred

    • @nate4036
      @nate4036 3 ปีที่แล้ว

    Justin great series mate ,l cannot see where you explain what happened to cause the engine failure in the old rig ,can you give us a run down or link to the video it is in .
    On these chop jobs can they make the rear passenger section bigger for more leg room etc for passenger comfort & are you going to upgrade seating etc ?Also are you upgrading suspension,Diff lockers etc ?Hope all your tribe & everyone else's stays safe & happy thru this SNAFU.

    Hey Justin & Bec how much research did you put in on the awning ? I have the almost the same canopy ! does it hit the door when it's open ? I was looking at the bush company 1 (which you have) or the quick pitch both very expensive but not sure about brackets to hold it on to The canopy any info or a link would be very much appreciated cheers 🍻

    • @TripInAVan
      @TripInAVan  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Paul Kelly Norweld make specific brackets to fit this awning which lets it clear the doors when open and it wraps all the way round clearing the ladder. The bush company is the strongest and easiest setup from our research.

    Looks awesome. When you unhitch the van and go remote for a few days can you put the swags under the boat? Can't remember if you've mentioned it previously. Also, are you looking at getting another swag or perhaps a 3 man tent for the kids, since they're getting bigger? but then I guess you need more room for air mattresses, sleeping bags etc.

    • @TripInAVan
      @TripInAVan  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Nick Acton they do fit under the boat yeah. But as they grow we will struggle with just 2 swags.. maybe a tent?

    • @Icecream_Unicorns
      @Icecream_Unicorns 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey Andrew, Normally when u modify the chassis from factory the warranty is out the door. BEST to use insurance folks like Club 4x4 etc. Insurer the vechile for the mods etc. As long as you have all the work engineered and certified u can get it all insured 👍. I have fully kitted out JKU 2015 supercharged and HD axles etc..bigger brakes suspension you name it..and its 3ton loaded. Beast of a thing for touring 🍻👍😁

    Well a lot of talkies about the bushranger fourwheel drive. but i´m sitting infront of my p.c. (also used as a idiotbox) in Europe and all i want to see is the traveling this couple with three kids are making. Stroll around the bloody vehicle yust does not do it for me.
