    They deliberately did that just for self satisfaction that they can do whatever they want because its thier working place.

    we were travelling from Goa to delhi in winters. Our seats was at the back so they send us last. So was no space in cabins for handbags i called air hostess to make space for our bags so they took our bags by saying that we are keeping bags in front and we can take it when leaving. I told her to keep the bags in reach we will be needing our jackets from bags. She said she will take care of that. After landing we asked the same airhostess to please give our bags. She said thats your bags are outside plane. We came out to the ground staff and asked for our bags because it was very chilling and windy. They said have sent our bags on belt. Now in all this procedure every passangers was gone all the staff was gone and we were standing for bags and freezing out. Then this guy came and said go and ask that airhostess where is your bags dont ask us. We all got frustrated and ask this guy to take us to the belt then he misbehaved and when i switched On my camera he changed his tone of talking and started doing drama of that the gate is not opening. He deliberately let us stand for more 15 min. In video you can hear he is saying 'Batata hoo abhi' he was talking rudely before. He was doing Acting of opening doors. He opens the same gate with the same card after 15 mins.

      Dost..Itni thand mein bhee dimaag bahut garam hai tumhara..You are also showing clear signs of frustration and anxiety that heated the situation..In India,there is lack of care and accountability everywhere...take care of ur jackets next time..fighting with low wage workers will not lead you to victory..u also need to be polite and trick them to get what u need..There is a saying...gud na de, gud jaisi baat karde🙂

    It seems they have put their jackets in their check-in bags and now want the staff to pull their bags off for taking their jackets out.
    What stupidity Man.
    This man blames the staff for their attitude. He is not realizing he himself is provoking the staff himself. THIS IS THE WORLD!
    The airline shouldn't have entertained such requests once the Bags are checked-in..
    We as passengers should upgrade ourselves to the policies of the airline.
    Ps- I am not from any airline.

    What the staff is doing is exactly right. It's your fault. U should have taken your jacket out of the bag before it goes to the conveyor belt. The time you are asking for the bag, the bags have been put inside the flight. U should rename this video. The way the staff talked, that was the best way to talk to u type of people

      Correct.. I agree. The uploader of this video seems self-centric. For a bloddy jacket he wants to cause inconvenience to other passengers. They won’t pre-plan their logistics but shake the entire airline protocol. Hats off to the spicejet staff who did not react much to your stupidity.

    The man who took the video of the staff is a pest and a menace in the society. The staff was very polite and handled him in a right way no fault of the staff.

    I am a very frequent flyer due to my company duties.. staff never starts anu misbehave with passengers . Either it's running misunderstanding miscommunication or reason behind that... my personal experience now a days some people's are ready to create scenes they are bounded to follow the rules and regulations. We need to co operate with them .. everytime fighting is not a solution of any problem

Really hats off to the authorities who handle such crazy passengers every day. The passenger was only saying - i will show you the procedure. @Passenger - abey saale, dikha na apna procedure. abey yeh dialogue mat kheech - ladies wait kar rahe hai, bache wait kar rahe hain - tho kya hua - wait karna hai tho sabhi wait karni hai - gents kya, ladies kya bache kya

    Disgusting behaviour of this Spicejet staff quite like streetside rascals, that may be the corporate culture of spicejet. Showing attitude to passengers . Problem is controlling authorities do check these type of behaviours.

    the employee in this airport are working very hard to make their customers very happy and satisfied whereas this maniac who is taking the video is being so rude to them. they are so polite and kind to him.
    he literally gave his bag to check-in and now he wants it back just because he has his stupid jacket on it?
    PATHETIC.
    once u gave ur bag to check-in u obviously cant get it back until u reached ur destination,
    he should have carried his jacket in a small hand bag because giving them to check is not necessary.

      The passenger put his jacket in the check in bag. That bag was already loaded in the plane and couldn't be taken out because the passanger isn't god. And he was fighting with the staff and saying that they misbehaved while they actually didn't, it was the person who's recording being annoying

      We did not started this. You easily see the attitude of staff towards us. i was not alone there were around 10 to 12 people standing in cold. We were traveling from mumbai so all the winter cloths was already in bags and they assured us that we can collect our bags outside the flight after landing
