Thank God I live in developed country. My flight got delayed for 1 day they gave me voucher of 200 dollars and booked my accommodation for free and next day booked my flight.

People should read all the terms & conditions whenever they travel with any specific airline...spice and i guess every airline clearly mention about the accommodation and all related details in case of cancellation....the lady herself should know what could be her problematic consequences if the airline cancels the flight..Instead she is demanding like anything...anything that has nothing to do with the airline...Phew!

I suffered the same treatment. They cancelled the flight and did not provide any alternate or accommodation. If they cancel the flight then they should provide accommodation too. I tried all means but nothing happened. Even the DGCA Ombudsman did not respond. Shitty airlines! Will never travel this again.

Same experience with GO Air flight from Hyd to Delhi… I had booked and I had to board it from HYD which is 5hours travel from where I live. But just before leaving the house I thought of checking the flight once in their website and to my shock it showed flight has been cancelled.. Then I called their customer care and they are explaining why it got canceled… Sometimes low cost carriers are pathetic at customer service

Vistara beats both IndiGo and Jet airways which are worthless and their ground staff is pathetic. Jet airways over books its flights n tells pax to book them on another flights. I just found Vistara to be a trusted 5 star airline.

Indigo and Jet are the best airlines the most expensive but stop taking airlines which are in trouble and cheap. the terms and conditions written read them there is always a reason why it is cheap.
Vistara beats both IndiGo and Jet airways which are worthless and their ground staff is pathetic.
Jet airways over books its flights n tells pax to book them on another flights.
I just found Vistara to be a trusted 5 star airline.
If a train is late by 3 hours railways will refund your entire amount..

I don't know about spicejet but indigo is very poor service . Don't fly with indigo . They are not wait for pesanger if passenger late only 9 mint . We still waiting after check in for flight . And I think they alot my seat to another person .its happening
