My issue 3 bundle arrived yesterday and I just have to convey how over-the-top awesome it is, the quality and fan value of the magazine and overall package with so many cool contents is ridiculously impressive and just pure treasure. The fans owe so much to you both for these projects and the tireless stream of excellent content, videos and updates. I have no doubt that were it not for you guys rallying fans around a platform of such consistently great content, there would have been no Shenmue releases over recent years, or in the years to come. Equally, I hope fans will always recognise your right to unplug, avoid burnout, take extended breaks as needed, etc -- a content creator's life in service of followers, whether paid or hobbyist, can be extremely rewarding but the moment it feels too much you should listen to what your spirit is telling you and rest or calibrate as needed. But otherwise, as long as it feels right, let the good fight continue! (P.S. I agree with those saying give the billboard another shot... they owe you it, plus additional air time as a make-good for messing you around. A real-life version of the mock up image of the billboard and the Sega building in the background, could be a great viral image!)

Just watched the replay. You guys are amazing. Been a Shenmue Dojo fan since I was 13 maybe (36 now lol). Shenmue wouldn't be near what it is today without yall. Thank you!!! The magazine and all the artwork is dope. Try again on the billboard!!!
You two together at the 4th and a showcase of Shenmue World issue 3?! Because of that this was a legendary stream, even though it didn`t happen with the billboard. Hopefully it will happened at another time :D
posted on X - all the best on the attention. Always wondered if someone in the HQ of Sega Europe could create a proposal for Sega involvement in Shenmue if given some steer from the community to see if it shifts their understanding. They seem very reasonalble back in the day over there.
If I'm being completely honest, Shenmue needs a complete reboot, a full-on Remake to expand on. The story is great but I feel it needs to be more opened in the game areas you can walk and visit. I get that hardware and software limitations made it only possible for what was eventually the final product on the Dreamcast, but we'll be 2025 soon and I believe this series has great potential to be that much more impactful! Things like maybe visiting Ryo's school, meeting new characters, more interactive elements, more dynamic characters with their schedules, more things to do like minigames in Shenmue 1 or maybe they add that bad ending where Ryo takes that ticket offer to the Philippines? But that being said, I still have love for this franchise and love the ideas from this video!
