I'm a Cocorahs observer in Texas. Monday afternoon through Tuesday morning, I got just shy of 7 inches of rain. Crazy weather. Been here for 14 years and that is a record for me.
This guy has it going on. We are at the bottom middle of Wisconsin. Tornado hit our house, took my shed and gave it to multiple neighbors, destroyed all my Arborvities and fence. Crack a wall inside the house. And Insurance said only 13 thousand in damage. What a joke. So please. No more wind events for southern Wisconsin.
Ugh… I’m in Indiana, and April 2 a cat 2 tornado went between us and our neighbors. Lucky not too much house damage, but oh the tree mess. We are still dealing with the tree mess, because the lowest estimate we got back in April for tree service was $30k and that was just for about 50% of it. We’ve been cutting and dragging and burning little by little since then. We got the chimney cap replaced just yesterday as a matter of fact. Our old one is at the bottom of our pond. Anyway, good luck cleaning it all up, slow and easy is the way 😂
Yes I like the daily forecast and how he explains why we may or may not get the weather. I have little ones and need to know when there's a chance of severe weather so I can get them to our safe place.

San Antonio hasn’t gotten the amount of rain we’d hoped for this last week, but we’ve really enjoyed the high 80s rather than triple digits of last year this time. I have guests from Scotland and was worried that they might not be able to handle the heat. The cooler temps and cloud cover has kept them at 6 Flags and Schlitterbahn instead of the ER.
Been working in construction at White Lake NC. Just horrid humidity. There have been days when it has been hard to breathe. We are soaked by 9:00. You know it's bad when there are more empty water bottles in the trash pile than wood pieces. Only fools believe there is no such thing as global warming. Can't wait till fall.

That moisture coming in to the widest is amazing! We have had a drought in SE Oklahoma for years!!! I can’t remember the last time it rained in July and the temps were bellow 90°. It has been amazing!!
We were desperate for water in North Carolina. The spring storms were splitting above and below us so much we were in drought conditions, keep bringing that water. We will take it!
Ryan- I wish I could get my daily forecast from you even when there’s no severe weather. Whatever is the source for the weather app hardwired into Apple phones it is practically useless! I literally sit there watching rain and there’s no rain on the forecast🤷🏻♀️
I agree that Apple Weather is terrible. I used to like Dark Sky but Apple bought them and ditched the app. Instead of adding the good parts of Dark Sky to their own app, Apple made their app even less reliable than before.

A week ago Monday, the winds took out a big tree that dropped on our heavy-duty picnic table and across a brand new fence. Then, it stopped at the top of another tree and hanging over the corner of our house. We were lucky. Only lost our tree.😪😪😪❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
