I can’t imagine harvesting vegetables at this time of year. Here in north Louisiana we are into greens; turnip greens , mustard, kale, starting our collards. Some folks might still have okra If it’s in full sun.
How all that farm equipment works is fascinating. Have never given a thought as to what equipment is needed to clean potatoes. Farming is hard work and have to appreciate the help that comes from today's modern farming equipment. Keep up the good work on the farm and the videos!
When our barn was full of hay, my brother use to go down and re-arrange the hay to made tunnels and a secret room. It was cool until us kids found a snake in the tunnel.
Wow already harvesting cabbage cauliflower n broccoli. Awesome. Mine are still little seedlings as it just started getting old as of today n my part of California. Hope I get a good harvest like yours.

I love that you guys don't waste anything. How do you keep the fines from balling up with molasses in it tho? Those cows are so lucky getting sweet and salty treats. I bet they would bake up into scrummy muffins for people with a few additional ingredients. I guess I need to ask Grammy about that. :-) Such great vids! Keep em comin' !!

There's corn(y), beets, potatoes, cauliflower, and sweet potatoes in that family... lol!!! We all know that Dad is the corn. Not sure about the rest, but Dad definitely takes the corn ...
My favorite veggie is Cauliflower so I’m sure lefty is a cauliflower 😂 Andrew seems to be very smart so I’d bet he’s a big bunch of spinach crossed with maybe a carrot!
Pd is definitely my favorite Pd how come you don’t have more video about Pd PEDI I want to see more videos of him helping around the farm. You never show much of that and you know you never show much about the girls in the kitchen they’re always cooking. How come we don’t see more of that I want to see Pd and the girls in the kitchen.

Andrew I have a question the potatoes I buy at walmart I have left in the bag I have taken them out of the bag I have stored in my washroom in a milk carrier I have stored them in the basement why do they keep going bad they get soft then they get eyes always going bad fast for some reason ??? Do you know why ?

I would have to say peppers or onions. The reason is because of the diversity to cooking and natural remedies you can use them for.
