  • Refreshing watermelon popsicle with NO sugar || made by ​⁠ @CookingWithMama100. Here's a simple recipe for watermelon popsicles:
    Ingredients:
    -1 kg watermelon, roughly chopped
    - 1 tablespoons lime juice
    - 1 handful of mint leaves
    Instructions:
    1. **Blend**: Place the chopped watermelon in a blender. Add lime juice and mint leaves . Blend until smooth.
    2. **Strain**: For a smoother texture, you can strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove any pulp (optional).
    3. **Pour**: Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
    4. **Freeze**: Insert popsicle sticks into the molds and freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely frozen.
    5. **Enjoy**: Remove from molds and enjoy your refreshing watermelon popsicles!
