I was able to install all of mine,g-19,g-42, g-17, no windex, no boiling water, just a little muscle and patience does the job

That was pretty much the same for my Ruger P95. Thanks for watching and thanks for the comments. Don't forget to like, share and subscribe. If you haven't already, I hope you'll check out my other "Mick Mac" Tabletop Review videos on TH-cam.

I did use a little Windex, but mostly it was pre-stretching the grip, and making sure it was at room temp. It only took a few minutes to get it onto my M&P Bodyguard...and it has made a world of difference in handling the gun....much more comfortable in the hand w/lots more controllability. Nice snug fit. Highly recommend one.

I agree, pre-stretching is the key --- and I appreciate your feedback. I've added three of these grips sleeves, but not one to my S&W Bodyguard yet. You've inspired my to add a fourth. It would certainly make a difference. Thanks for watching and thanks for the comments. Don't forget to like, share and subscribe. To me, the greatest value was getting a solid grip on the...er...grip, as I practice getting the gun from hip to presentation. The tackiness of the rubber means a far more secure purchase at a moment when sweat glands are likely to be on overload.

Thanks for the great review and installation tutorial on the Hogue hand-all grip on the LCP2.
I purchased my LCP2 a few months ago, after watching countless reviews on TH-cam of this wonderful little pocket gun.
At the range, I discovered that everyone was right about the pros and cons of this little monster. On the pro-side, the trigger is about the best you’ll find on a mouse gun. The sights are better as well. A dramatic improvement over the original LCP, with its double-action only, heavy trigger.
On the con-side, I heard complaints about the more squared off back-strap beating the hell out of your hand, and thought they might be wimpy or exaggerating, and found that after a 100 rounds at the range, my hand hurt. A lot. So they were right about that too. Which brought me to your channel and the installation of the hogue grip. I’m sold. I haven’t got mine yet, but can already “feel” a much welcomed relief from those terrible biting corners of the back-strap. Thank you for a great tutorial.
I’m looking forward to shooting with this new grip on the range. Lots of people think of the LCP2 as a “point and shoot” gun, they’re not fun to shoot, so who cares how comfortable it is? Well, I do. I’m not the type to just stick a gun in my pocket, waiting for a self defense situation on the street to occur or not, I’d like to enjoy this beautiful little gun at the range. And I have, sort of. It’s surprisingly accurate for its size. It just needs some more cushion in the grip and it’ll be as perfect as it can get. The Hogue grip will address that.
Thanks again for pointing out what I knew had to happen with the LCP2.

That's the way in the enclosed instructions. That's harder than it needs to be. I just lube the inside of the grip with less than a drop of olive oil. It goes on easily in less than 5 minutes.
