This is the first lower-tier developer game you've covered that I've actually already played. I got it in a 90% off Steam sale, completed it in about 3 hours, then forgot it existed. I'm not running a high powered PC and not an expert on PC specs in general, so avoided having the launch issue you faced. I didn't notice the weird sound effect issues just because I didn't have that awareness but can totally hear it now you've pointed it out. I agree with how hilarious the voice acting was. Overall I agree with your points they just didn't bother me as much as it pissed you off. For the equivalent of $2 I found it acceptable. I'd never recommend it and I've put more thought into this comment than I did the entire game, but I didn't mind it. Hearing you shred it though was hilarious.
I feel like people’s enjoyment of a game is dependent on the price. Jarek got this thing for $15, and was not having it.
2 dollars is ok, this looks like a mobile game and it play like one.

this is a game from an iranian studio... the game making in iran is worthless due to limitations of budget and market... but they do this and such these disasters happens...

@@teslashark it actually came out in 2013 and i bought it day one to support our local indie developer and the real voice acting is in persian but i think they poorly translated it to english that's why he didn't get the story and there are far better iranian game than this like children of morta and what happened . garshasp: the monster slayer and more ...
Less than two minutes into the video and the first thing I notice is that the death animations and ragdoll physics are realistic. It's strange how a lot of really crap games can usually do at least one small thing particularly well.
How did I not notice that? This is coming from someone who used to watch real footage a lot.

I feel the pain for you, since I only play games with high movement speed (or relatively high) TF2,CS:GO,Battlefield 3/4, Dirty Bomb. uuuh just watching how slow you were was painful...
I love how the mic messing up became an integral part of you video line up. Like S.T.A.L.K.E.R. devs always say if its broken but works, its a feature not a bug.

You would've been better off playing a non-shooter shooter like Real Heroes Firefighter (great game) instead of this, RHF might not be a shooter in the traditional sense but god damn, every non-shooter would be better. I mean, I can give Chaser etc. a pass (okay, maybe not Hunt down the Refund) but... usually when I see bad games I get the urge to play them myself but no thanks.
That noise your character makes when you die sounds like Darth Vader trying to run on a treadmill

Hey, I know this game! in college the teaching assistant / lab instructor for one of my computer science classes told me he worked on some video games. I asked him which ones and he mentioned this one. I found it on Steam for like $3 a few days later. I bought it and played through it then told him I had beaten it. He asked me what I though of it. I told him it was alright, but that the ending battle made me want to pull my hair out.

TBH, the voice quailty sounds like it came out from an old Goldsource Half-life.
It looks like they were planning to make a rip off mobile game but released it on pc for some reason.
at 6:23 you can notice the sound of a M4A1 of the game Counter strike, it happens so quick.

Open up DefaultSystemSettings.ini and UDKSystemSettings.ini (It's one of these two don't remember which and I uninstalled this game as soon as I beat it)

I still gave it a try now during the Steam sales. For an indie studio the game is graphically adequate with the sluggish combat as main deficiency. The first missions are okay but in the latter missions endless waves of enemies are thrown at you and you really need a good combat system then.

That's not a unique problem you faced from the 2000's PC days. Since the common resolution was 1080p and 720p most developers didn't make games for any higher resolution. I've run into that same problem with a few myself, I just left it in 1080p.
It's a common problem for games in the mid-late 2000's. It absolutely isn't common past that. Problem is, this game did not come out in the late 2000's. It came out in 2016. Also just leaving it in 1080p is not a solution. As I said, the game literally will not open if it is at its default resolution. It will try to open then immediately close until you change the resolution in an ini file. Playing at 1080p when I have a 1440p screen wouldn't be acceptable any way.
You should make a video on brothers in arms hells highway. The gameplay is super fun the story is eh but it’s so underrated imo

Do u ever plan on reviewing medal of honor 2010 and its sequel warfighter. I personally liked them especially the 2010 multiplayer, it was battlefield before we got modern battlefield. It's a shame that the series got put on ice.
Yep cause of the EA "Touch of Death", just look at Dead Space, C&C which up until it's remaster was reduced to nothing more than an sad joke of a mobile game, Crysis, Dragon Age etc.

You know for a game with ET in the title you think that it was gonna be about aliens being the enemies... nope just generic human enemies and no aliens... feels like they wanted to do aliens but couldn't make them work so they changed them to human enemies only forgot to change the title.
Idk if you do mobile games but the Nova series is pretty interesting. It's pretty much a Halo clone but a pretty good one. I'm sure there's a way to play it on PC due to the many emulators out there

Why does this look like a game I played in 2009?
This game looks and feels like someone set out to make the most generic Unreal Engine 3 late 7th gen / early 8th gen FPS possible. It coming out in 2016 puts it a bit behind the curve but that's indie gaming for ya. Still, I wouldn't put it in the same category as Chaser or Exodus from the Earth. Those games were terrible due to god-awful combat balancing and a complete failure to properly mark the critical path. E.T. Armies is just incredibly generic and somewhat below average (though the movement speed IS too slow given the size of the environments, a problem which feels very Unreal 2 to me). Then again I never ran into any of the gameplay issues like not being able to fire after a reload if you try to shoot during the reload, which I guess comes down to personal playstyle.
Ngl that dialogue comes off like something out of The Room

Boiling Point is kind of a STALKER predecessor, same engine but it has working vehicles.

so the game basicly got delayed for about 3 years before releasing,the maker,raspina stuidos had issues releasing because of iranian laws with publishin and even with a release it was all funded by them which keep in mind,struggled to make enough for a living,hence why it being shit.the entire game making scene in iran is just lackluster at best and a dumpster fire at worste
