A flirt pole is an exercise tool you can use with your dog in a variety of ways. It can provide exercise, help with that all important impulse control and even improve your bond and communication with your dog!

If a dog has impulse control it means that they are able to control their instincts and impulses, remain calm and listen to you, even when they are excited or something catches their attention. Most importantly this can help them make safer choices out in the world.
These games are fun but also have a practical purpose, our aim is to see if Maggie can transfer this skill to roadside walks where her impulse is to herd moving traffic. She is also doing lots of counter conditioning exercises to complement this.
