It was a readaction lol. Imo, he knew Hbox had been conditioned to go for really low bairs when drifting forwards because he kept getting shined on his landing earlier in the set (when his mid-stage bairs were a little too high). That bair was timed such that a second bair could come out almost as he touched the ground. I think Armada knew that meant a drift in off the second aerial and made the hard read that hbox would try to bair low, assuming Armada would wave dash back as he had been, or shine.
39:48 absolutely no disrespect to HBox, but from this moment on in the video, from the very first day I saw the VOD, my attention has always been on the background shenanigans taking places. Whatever Westballz is doing with M2K, Armada and Leffen goofing, all of it is so fascinating
As much as I fucking hate watching Hungrybox in Grand Finals (forcing a very campy playstyle from both players), he generally has a very good attitude when losing, with the exception of stuff like the "HOO-HAA" thing or whatever from Smash 4.
