I like the extreme styling. They've done what other manufacturers have been afraid to do in styling. I think a lot of hot hatches look too plain, just like their standard counterpart. Also, made in the UK.

That's exactly what Honda is going to do. The upcoming S2000 will have the Type R engine with around 400 hp, unfortunately it will have AWD and will be a coupe instead of a cabriolet. We can assume that it's gonna be pretty heavy.

when you got hi-tech car that looks hi-tech as Type-r look then you expect 4x4 and dual clutch transmission! Over 300ks just on front wheels is not smart and manual transmission on hard core street racer is just not enough.....
Too bad its front wheel drive. Im not too keen on just the front wheels pulling the whole thing along the road. Feeding the 300+ horse power into the front steering wheels is just not right especially when you think about accelerating whilst turning. Any car above the 300bhp class should be at least all wheel drive. Rear wheel drive is preferred though.

Suddenly there's a crop of HiPer 300 HP compacts...Audi S3, VW Golf R, BMW i235 x-drive...most also have AWD..except the Type R which I heard isn't coming to North America. Which is ok since I think the back end is UGLY. Looks like a Prius. :) Deal breaker for me. Rest of the car...well done.

Dam it Honda, you missed again!! Great performances but bad aesthetics, again!! Too much visual "bells and whistles"! You never got it right after the sixth generation Civic. Take a look at Audi, BMW, Alfa Romeo, not to speak about other really great looking italian cars, almost always getting it right on each of their models. Take a look at your own Accord, Legend and Prelude versions, beautiful each one at their epoch, also the S2000, pretty good looking cars, some more aggressive looking ones than others, some with strong but well balanced lines... This one looks it came out from a bad sci-fi manga drawn by a rookie who wants to exaggerate. On the other hand, the interiors seem quite interesting, well suited for an aggressive sports car, while the exterior has some interesting details but the overall result it's not there yet, by far... Yes, it should look aggressive, "exaggerated", but not too much, with refinement and balance... I understand japanese design has it's own "soul", but this is just too much... Of course, this is just my opinion... ;)
It's a badass car but why not save up and get a 2010 gt 500 super-snake mustang with 600 hp. You can pretty much eat anything on the road, except for those gtrs and heavily tuned up supras

it's slower than the Cupra 280.. which is surprising to say the least.
