I don't get it. Some YT videos show the beach full of people even in overcast weather, and others show an empty pristine beach. What gives? Where's everyone? 🙂
That’s just how it really looks like beaches are empty during the day and crowded after sunset. We try to give a real look of the street and beach scenes :)
Bussiness hours in vn evolving around the weather, during 12 mid afternoon it's very hot up to 40C, and very high UV ( vn located near equator), you can beat the hot weather by drinks ice water to cool you body but strong UV will go through the clothes and burn your skin easy, that's why people riding motorcycle around, food delivery, Uber drivers, street vendors they all wearing long sleeves and thick clothes and they took shelter under the shade of the trees. Local people avoid going outside around 12 noon to 15 hours. The only people you see walking around are tourists. People love to take advantage of weather like overcast. Because of weather extremely hot and dangerous UV at day people don't want to go outside unless they have to. But when the sun set, weather change dramatically, ocean breeze brings fresh and cool air. More people goings out and the bussiness very busy.

Yes, during the day as it is quite hot. Everyone stays inside. But in the evening it will be very busy with locals and tourists.
