- Welcome to the channel, today we venture into the British countryside, to see what secrets can be discovered within Earls abandoned time capsule.
Beatrice & Thomas had 5 children. Philip & Elsie were twins born in 1927, John was born in 1930, Earl was born in 1932 & Dennis in 1938. They all grew up on the family farm living a simple country life, tending to cattle & crops.
Thomas died in 1962 & Beatrice in 1964. They both died on the property. Thomas died of lung cancer, Beatrice remained in the property with her 2 sons Dennis & Earl. Until her untimely demize a couple of years later, where she slept and never awoke.
Dennis and Earl continued to live at the property, letting the conditions of the house deteriorate. In 2013 they put in for planning permission for 115 houses to be built. They wished to keep the farm house and make repairs, and sell the agricultural land around the farm for development.
Planning permission was denied, the main reason being because of the foot and mouth pandemic in the 1940’s, Thomas had buried dead cattle within the farm land. There was fear that unearthing the carcass’ could potentially cause an outbreak of foot and mouth.
Dennis decided to move out in 2021 into assisted living. He had the dream of buying his own home where he could live out his last years. This dream became reality in 2022 when he bought his first home at the age of 86.
Earl remained in the property, where the living conditions slowly deteriorated. Earl died at the ripe old age of 87 in April 2023 in hospital. The house has remained empty since his death. Dennis died in July 2023 of stomach cancer.
This property has been abandoned for 1 year. We find it very sad of the conditions that earl was living in.

Hey Shelley, check out last week's video as we started uploading again last week
I've been wondering where you Two went!! Last time I saw you Meg was expecting 👣
Loved Meg telling us the story of the house, instead of it being written on the screen 👍love that you guys do this! Thank you x
Thanks Caz, will aim to do this more often
I lived with an old chest of drawers that had newspaper from 1899 lining the drawers. Loved that explore. 👍 👍 👍
Thanks Helen
Great to have you back and fantastic to have the history of the property and family back at the beginning . Really missed that
Thanks Steven, we uploaded last week, make sure to check it out
The round wooden thing with the "screw on top" is actually a bowl for nuts and the top portion is a nutcracker. My grandmother used to have one of those.
Ah I see. I'll remeber that next time
Hello Chris and Meg!! So happy to hear the history of the place before it starts. Missed hearing that. That stained glass door was beautiful and this would have been a nice place if it had been kept up. Such a shame that it was run down. Liked seeing the older albums.CCR.. Creedence Clearwater Revival. I happen to have a couple of their albums. Still have a record player as well. Got a few albums still. Love seeing all the old family photos. Very nice. That bedroom upstairs was really big and love the huge wardrobes. Thanks for sharing and I am happy!😊❤
Thanks Rayna glad you enjoyed the video
So happy you’re back! Talking about the history of the house is a PLUS!!!
Thankyou, we try our best with the history
It’s lovely to hear Megan at the start telling us the history.
Very sad seeing the house In those conditions when only been abandoned for a year, that the gentleman had been living like that, thank you for the explore it’s so great to have you back ❤

Last video was great, nice to see you back guys and love the history from Megan x
Thanks
So glad that you are back ❤
Cheers Maz, check out last week's video if you can
Hi friend, how are you?
11:40 is a TV aerial normally used on a caravan/motorhome. An impressive place back in its day, now just sadly neglected. Good explore!
Thanks DJ Moss. Was fun going around the place
I have always followed you & glad you are back. I also love adam mark who recently has had a lot of sadness. Seems you are having a dig at him !! No cool
Hey, I'm not having a dig. I don't wish any unhappiness upon anyone. I'm just not into fake ghosts. I was at this place for 2 hours getting videos, pictures etc, nothing out of the ordinary happened. I've been to over 200 abandoned places and have not experienced any paranormal activity. That doesn't mean I don't think there could be an afterlife, I've just not experienced it, nor have a lot of fellow explorers I speak to.
Great to see youse are back. X
Thanks, we started uploading last week, make sure to check it out
The best thing was the art deco mirror in the big bedroom
Great your back good history too
Thanks Edwin, we uploaded last week. Plan on continuing now
Dave, from Abondoned World Explorer, put out a video about this home recently.
truly Amazing
Thanks Anna, glad you enjoyed the video
Great video I think I saw this one either on Adam Mark explores or vacant haven
Yes, think Adam Mark found a ghost or 2 here last week. Shame I didn't see any
Im sure you have been on tube before and having not been on for a while good to see you two are back again wat a lovely old house same it's abandoned and they won't build on the land because wat happened but shame the house has not got a new owner and make it a nice house again crazy with the snooker and pool table not getting used
Hi Peter, I think it will have to be demolished. It's in such a bad state.
Wow, what a house, such a shame they lived like that at the end ❤
It is a shame Fran. Shows just how bad conditions can be
Yes, it's annoying that there are dead animals lying in the ground with foot and mouth disease!
I thought the carcasses had to be burned ? ! It's a shame about the house !
Wow we had that exact ferguson Tv 40 years ago
That's cool Neil. I love it when ppl can reminisce about the items we see
This house looks so familiar, do you know if any other explorer's have been here? I hope to see more of your videos every week, so much respect for what you explorer's do ❤
I’ve seen it before can’t remember whether it was Adam Mark or vacant haven
I believe Adam Mark found some ghosts here 🤣
@@BackInTimeMC yes, that's where I've seen this house before. I couldn't place it. I respect All of you explorer's. It's so fascinating to me> I never understand why people leave homes to rot. So many people are in need of homes and would love to get the chance to own one of these properties and fix it up
@18:49 is a blood glucose meter with a lancing device.
Ah, I did think it could be something to do with being a diabetic
In terms of condition, the house looks as if it has been empty for 10 years
It's very sad to think that the gentleman lived here, in these conditions
@@BackInTimeMC
Yes, that's true, he could have sought help at his age !
Some people are to proud
@@BackInTimeMC
Yes, that's true, you can get help when you're older !
