What is your weekly reading/ELA instructional routine like? I'm also a new teacher teaching second grade and feel I don't get enough done in one day due to time management and preparation.
I can do a video about this! I definitely felt like this at the beginning of the year being a new second grade teacher. I quickly realized that a big part of my problem was that I was comparing what I was doing to what every other second grade teacher was doing on my team. This was so draining because I was trying to do way too many things each day and quickly started getting burnt out!! I knew I had to make a change and find what worked for me as well as my students, of course! I will definitely plan to make a video all about this because it can be HARD. You got this!! :)

Do you file papers?
Yes, some of them! I have had a hard time finding a system that works though. That is a goal for this upcoming year. :)
