After failing in maths on my final exam, i feel the need to make myself better. I'm watching study vlogs, also study tips videos to make me feel productive. I will try to be better this time. I can't just stay like this, i have to study harder. To the person reading this, I know you can do it, just try. Have faith in yourself❤

To me studying feel fun, but the moment I remember that I'm doing something called study, my mind just suddenly filled with wanting entertainment, I guess my mind needs some tweeking

3:35 maybe its because of the milk? I used to also be like that with matcha and milk based coffee then I switched to skimmed and coconut milk and I stopped having nausea and an upset stomach from them. But whenever I order them again with regular milk I get an upset stomach and nauseous.
true! i normally get milk alternatives (soy/oat milk) and it's still doesn't quite sit well with me TT so sad~ thank you for the advice though!!

I’m so sick right now and I feel so weak, I’ve been lazing on the couch or on my bed not wanting to do anything even though I’ll have to catch up with my classes. I’m not used to being so unproductive, it’s making me feel annoyed and anxious. At the same time, my body wants to lay down
