A safety tip, don't use stitch gloves when using power equipment as the fabric will be pulled into the device along with fingers and hands making for much more trauma. However, very nice speakers!
Good work with the circular saw but +1 with the no gloves around a router, could be disarming.....;) You rounded over the wrong sides of the speaker cabinet, (sorry to tell you) but the diffraction must be terrible if you measured it. Use at least a 1/2" roundover on the front sides and top. This is meant to help you become a better speaker builder not to knock you work.
hey , it is really nice speaker, I use the same tweeter it is very good . you should record them working, despite i would hear mine, not yours...i bought the cousins of yours, the 830874 they sound great however too sharp on mids... . do you have frd/zma for them?

@@howtonotdiy224 I saw your crossover schematic, you haven’t done Baffle step compensation , So bass might be sounding thin for you. I have designed the crossover and done baffle step compensation & a slightly deeper cabinet - It rocks !!!. I am using this as mains in my home theatre and it is phenomenal.

nice speakers! i recently build 2 12" sb acoustics sealed subs with the same design as these! white with the same roundovers and it just looks great

The Peerless 830656 is a five-and-a-quarter inch woofer. The 6.5 inch model is the 657

Nice build! I have those woofers too. They sound decent and quite unexpensive. How did you like the sound?
They sound really nice in my opinion. I don't think that they are perfect for main stereo speakers but for surround I like it
