In 2014 I rode the Canal-du-Midi near Carcassonne for some 50km. In 2015 I made a bicycle trip between Villeneuve-les-Béziers and the tunnel in the direction of Carcassonne. This year I started at the lighthouse near Marseillan-plage and rode to the lock in Villeneuve-les-Béziers. For next year I don't know yet, but I sure want to ride my bicycle along the Canal-du-Midi again.
This video is easily the best and most accurate record of cycling the Canal du Midi. I have cycled the canal 3 times now (last time 2015) and I appreciate all the hard work and thought that has gone into this video. Illness is likely to prevent a 4th trip down the Canal , but at least now I can enjoy this video. Many thanks from Scotland. Keep up the good work.
Nous avons fait, Montpellier Bordeaux en 2011. Et en 2013 Paris, Canal du centre (Briare, Nevers, Sancerre) - (casse axe roue arrière à la sortie de Roanne 😨), Montpellier, Carcassonne, Toulouse, Bordeaux, la Rochelle, la Touraine, pour redescendre en coupant par l'Ardèche . . . un pur bonheur !

241 km, je le dis au tout début du film le temps nécessaire est dépendant du nombre de km effectués chaque jour pour ma part je l'ai fait dans les 2 sens pas de trace gps, avec "le canal du midi à vélo" par les éditions Ouest-France
