魚本身沒話說,but
1. 魚鱗去得也太隨便了,片魚的時候直接看到刀切到哪魚鱗就從哪飛出來,沒在掩飾啊
2. 用甚麼刀我完全沒意見,只是那刀真的很不銳利,片出來的邊緣都支離破碎的

I’m just gonna be straight up here, the knife clearly needs sharpened as do your cutting skills, I’ve seen butchers have more finesse, and why in earth are you filleting with the same knife you used to chop through bone? They have filleting knives for a reason, it bothers me how you continuously hack at the fish leaving inconsistent cutting marks because you’ve not took the few seconds to line yourself up, I give credit to the fact you cooked it nicely and gutted it properly but that’s about all I wouldn’t refer to this as cutting skill in the slightest it was sloppy at best

ウロコ、水を流しながらでないと天井まで跳ね散るんだよね。まな板もお魚の大きさに対して小さいし。
