Just stumbled across this video and recognised your voice straight away from your fishing channel🤣🤣 its a tough way of making money with everyone out doing the same but it all adds up in the end👍

Like your vids. I think its mad you gettin paid for PVC. Mabey its goin to be a new trend thats going to spread across the country, because our yards in Hull wont buy it yet.Ive always skipped it. Do you have to remove the glass.
I kept wincing and cringing at that. I've mentioned this before Rhys, when are you going to invest in a pair of industrial boots? Those pumps are an accident waiting to happen. Time off work versus £30-£60.
@@thescraphunter6811 I strongly urge you you get used to them. The alternative doesn't bear thinking about. A jagged piece of metal could cut you right open and even a simple puncture could lead to infection and all kinds of complications given the conditions.
He will get some boots when a piece of steel goes through under his foot .and pinnes his trainer to his foot ... Oooohhh that would hurt. Itl make him just over the van . He is a liability to himself and others around him ,he should wear the appropriate PPE.

So you’re telling me you found all that scrap in one morning just driving around and managed to not only find it but load up and get weighed & paid before 8.30am?? You must start hunting at midnight or something , that is a bit odd as most would find that much after a couple days at my ways (Dagenham) Where you picking up your scrap from 😂

the 'random piece of metal pipe' at 21 mins is a gas solenoid valve. aluminium body and a big coil of copper inside.

I'm a PVC Window fitter and we get nothing for old PVC windows up here in North Wales it all goes in a skip we pay for
That's crazy mate 😳
I was getting £140 a ton which is usually a full long wheel Base van, collected from me in Bradford last year, now they take it away for free

Fish hunter mate
Trainers on in scrap business,no steel toe caps. Batteries on there sides with metal around . Nice n safe mate . Buy some boots .

How is PVC recycled pal
I have no idea buddy 🤣
They shred it then turn it into pellets for blow moulding
Some companies melt down the Upvc and make new windows out of them
What's the fishing channel called
Fish hunter UK buddy
I'm don't think PVC windows are a thing in Australia I've certainly never heard of it being.recycled
Me neither

Lol no mate I'd need thousands but I do drink a lot lol 😆
Usually about £200 / Tonne and considering you need about 50 to make 1 kilo, you'd need about 50,000 to make a tonne 😂
