    How to Use
    Theta Thoughts are a sleep-based meditation. For optimal results, listen to the meditation at a low volume, with headphones while lying down and resting comfortably.
    Consistency is key. For best results, listen for 21 consecutive days.     Wow I pulled this up as I’m grieving the loss of that sweet little girl, Maui Lu Shoko Pele, in my picture there, who found me in Maui, Hawaii 20 years ago. She found me 7/31/01 and left 7/31/21. I love all the Hawaii synchronicities 💞

    You are my soul sister I needed this today, I'm really missing my mom and sister they both have transitioned, 2 years with out my sis and now almost a year since my mom passed
