@@saveriocolletti4280you can’t be tried without new evidence. He can always be charged again, he can’t be convicted twice with the same crime and same evidence. Once new evidence appears, the DA can file new charges.

I knew he was guilty, the fact that his first lie detector test came back inconclusive says it all, his second test was just to confirm the suspicions. Now he can stand before a judge and get the punishment this sick and demented man deserves!
The inconclusive test doesn’t mean anything; they just couldn’t get results. That can happen whether you’re innocent or not. Either way, you could tell he was guilty.
Probably smoked before taking the test last time.

Lie detectors are inadmissible in court and unfortunately the DNA came back inconclusive. If he was already charged and found not guilty it’s unlikely they’ll charge him again with these results. However it sounds like they just didn’t have enough evidence to charge him in the first place, so what they can do is take the results to the police and it may convince the prosecutor to go forward with charges. If he doesn’t accept a plea deal first, all it will take is getting his ass on a court room in front of the jury, and anyone with a brain can see he’s guilty and they’ll get a conviction.

But maybe we're wrong & u hear something else under that & we just haven't picked it up. But they were cursing &had to be bleeped out, so I kinda think that's why it sounds that way. But could totally be wrong. But I'm also quite positive that there's plenty of ppl in that audience who ARE saying that bc I was thinking that too! Plus, Dominic was pretty slick & smart w\how he went abt the whole thing! I’ve been waiting on an update from this one! I determined he was guilty from the way he conducted himself last time. He’s a disgrace. 1 year in jail is nowhere near enough time for traumatizing a child for LIFE! I’m so glad this beautiful couple listened to their daughter and got him tf OUT! So many parents brush these things off or side w/ the abuser. Major kudos to the step father as well. That’s not his biological daughter and he stood up for her as a father figure. He should be an example for every man out there.
He wasn't even sentenced, he just couldn't make bail. If he had bail money, he coulda been out in less than a week. If you can't make bail, you stay in jail until your trial or until the charges are dropped
