This is morbid, but he reminds me of a deer carcass I came across while snowboarding about 30 years ago. The red, pink, grey and white color with the sculpt that looks like bone and tissue brought that memory back. I think he is the perfect winter demon.

I love the ice-bone combination idea, it's so well executed! I really love how the main palette is red and white, but the green skin from the base doll gives this illusion that Marrow used to be something else, maybe something less evil... it's great visual storytelling.

What a cool concept!! I love the aesthetics of him. I wasn't sold on the huge lashes at first, but with the spiky/feathery hair and the horns and spikes on his body, it all comes together beautifully. The colour pallette also works surprisingly well. Great job!
